The organisation has combined end user sales of £2-3 million and is part of the Challenge Consortium, a group of independent dealers with end user sales in excess of £40 million. It maintains a close logistics relationship with Kingfield Heath, (one of the 2 national wholesalers providing national next day delivery on a range of 18,000 products) in addition to its own fleet of 5 vans delivering along the M3, M27 and M4 corridors into West London

We monitor our own performance on a monthly basis. Our main measure is the number of line taken from our main catalogues that go out complete on the first delivery note together with the number of lines returned to us as a consequence of either a picking error or incorrect code input
